Sunday Morning Coffee Hour

On Sundays following worship, coffee (regular and decaf) and treats are available on the Parish Center patio, or inside the Parish Center during inclement weather. A table with treats and beverages specially selected for our youth is included.

Tuesday Morning Coffee and Conversation

Following the Tuesday Morning Eucharist, a group gathers for morning coffee and conversation. This special fellowship has met for over 50 years with anywhere between 8-20 folks attending. It’s a special opportunity to worship and then share coffee (and conversation!) with the celebrating priest. The early time allows folks heading off to work or school to start the day with prayer and fellowship. All are welcome!

Prayer Shawl Ministry

On Friday, October 1, 2021, St. Mike’s launched a new ministry!

Prayer Shawl Ministries have spread throughout the country; the prayer shawls, knitted or crocheted with prayer and with love, bring warmth and comfort and a tangible reminder of the love of God and of this community.

We meet on Friday mornings at 10:00 am, outside on the patio when the weather permits. Yarn, needles, and instructions will be available. All levels of knitting/crocheting are welcome. We pray and knit together for an hour.

Men’s Fellowship

The gentlemen of St. Michael’s gather every Thursday morning for fellowship and study. Men’s Fellowship is dedicated to studying the Bible and the work of Christian theologians but knowledge of the Bible is not a prerequisite. Encouraged is an open mind and heart, and a suspicion that paying closer attention to how scripture can model your life will put you in a better place. Membership is informal and open to all adult men of the parish.
