This holiday season, our parish has shown extraordinary generosity through two major outreach efforts — and we are excited to share the impact with you!
Adopt-a-Family with MOMS OC
Thanks to the heartfelt giving of this community, Mary Bailey has delivered $2,400 in donations to MOMS OC for the family we adopted for Christmas — plus $500 in bus passes!
MOMS OC tells us that St. Michael’s is now their second-largest donor. And it’s not too late to give — let’s see if we can reach the top spot!
We are supporting a family of six (kids ages 13, 11, 4, and 6 months). The parents requested Walmart gift cards, and the children asked for Target gift cards.

Alternative Gift Fair Success
This year’s Alternative Gift Fair on Dec. 7 was a wonderful success — raising $3,542, surpassing last year’s total!
From these funds, the Vestry is budgeting:
- $104 to the Youth Commission
- $130 to the Fellowship Commission
- $1,172 to the Mission Commission
Mission plans to use part of its funds to provide gas and grocery cards for Father Shane to share with neighbors in need.
