St. Michael’s has recently seen an increase in phishing and scam attempts targeting our parish community.

Scammers are posing as clergy or fellow parishioners, asking for access to membership directories or requesting login credentials. These emails may look convincing, but please do not respond, even if the sender appears to be someone you know.

⚠️ Important Reminders:

  • Never share online account passwords with anyone.
  • Do not email or forward PDF directories or other sensitive parish materials.
  • Always verify suspicious requests by contacting the parish office directly.

Our clergy will never request directories or personal information in this manner. Your caution helps protect the entire community. Please spread the word and stay alert.

If you receive a suspicious email, please report it to the church office immediately.
